Tom Gillispie serves as the Underground Utility Locating Field Supervisor & SUE Technician at Earth View. Tom has over 30 years of experience working on Subsurface Utility Engineering projects (SUE) in the local area, and is proficient in Underground Utility Locating, Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), Electrical Ground Fault Locating, Leak Detection, and more. As the field supervisor, Tom oversees daily field operations, performs utility locating, and assists with sales and contract negotiations. Additionally, Tom is responsible for maintaining the GPR equipment and works directly with EV’s in house mechanics who prioritize preventative maintenance and needed repairs. With many years of industry experience and extensive safety training, Tom’s expertise ensures that every project is successfully completed on time, within budget, and at the highest levels of quality.
